MK + Alexander Photographer
Alexander is a photographer, cinematographer, digital tech and lighting designer originally born in Vienna, Austria. He moved to the US in 2007 to attend Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara. Over the years he has worked for photographers such as David LaChapelle and Mark Seliger amongst many others who all inspired him to open his own studio and pursue photography as a calling. Clients include but are not limited to Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, Time, GQ, Details, Apple, Guess and many more.
MK is a photographer and filmmaker from Atlanta, now based in Los Angeles. She was the Editorial and Creative Director at Rogue Magazine for over 3 years. Film and photography clients include Rogue, Flaunt, Hunger, Paper, Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Huff, Vulkan, Just Jared, Lorac Cosmetics, Moods of Norway, Biianco, Smoke Season and more. She has worked with notable celebrity clients including Dame Helen Mirren, Tommy Flanagan, Nina Dobrev, Olivia Munn, Patricia Clarkson, Danai Gurira, Evan Peters, Jared Leto, Karen Gillan, Ezra Miller, Joey King, Timothy Olyphant, Freddie Highmore and many others. Her most recent short film, The Re-Education of Jane Brown, is currently making the festival rounds and has garnered awards including Best Horror Short, Best Narrative Short, Best Director and Best Actress at a myriad of film festivals including Culver City Film Festival, Queen Palm International Film Festival, Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival, Irvine International Film Festival, Hollywood Blood Horror Festival, Indie X Film Festival and more.
They run a full service photography and production studio in Silverlake, CA. We specialize in celebrity portraiture, editorial, beauty and fashion campaigns plus commercial video, music videos and narrative film.
